Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie or Filipino Barong and women wear a cocktail dress.

The ceremony will be in the outdoor garden at the venue, weather permitting. If the weather is not permitting, the ceremony will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be mixed indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoors.

RSVPs are done online right here on this website! Click "RSVP" in the menu to get to the RSVP page. Once on the RSVP page you can find your name based on how you were addressed on the envelope for your invitation. On a COMPUTER the menu is at the top of the page with RSVP as the last option all the way to the right. On a SMART PHONE the menu button is the 3 lines on the top left corner of your screen.

If on your invitation envelope it is addressed to you "and guest" AND your RSVP has 2 seats reserved in your honor, this means you are invited to bring a plus one. If only 1 seat is reserved, please bring just yourself.

Only bring your children if their names are directly addressed on the envelope. The number of names on the envelope will also match the number of seats on your RSVP card.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

If you are staying at one of the hotels found on our "Travel + Accommodations" page then you will be able to take the shuttle bus which is a large capacity coach bus that will go back and forth throughout the day between the hotel and the venue. The closest LIRR station is the Northport station which is still 1.3 mi from the venue so a taxi/Uber would still be necessary. If you are using public transportation please be sure to check train times in advance and how they match up with the wedding timeline on our Home page.

Since it will be summer going into the fall we are hoping the weather will be a little cooler but it sill may be warm. Last year it was in the mid 70's with a low in the mid 60's for the evening. For women we advise preparing for it to potentially still be on the warmer side while outside during the ceremony and to bring a shawl as it may be cold inside during the reception.

We invite our out-of-town guests also staying at our hotel to join us for brunch on the day after our wedding.

Yes! We will be creating a google album that we would love for everyone to share their captured memories with us! We will be providing a QR code/link the day of the wedding.
