Dance Tutorials

The day of the wedding there will be a coach bus to take guests to and from the hotels to the venue. The two hotels above share a parking lot which is where the bus will be located. The shuttle leaves the hotels from the parking lot for all guests at 1:20pm (hospitality begins at 2pm, ceremony at 2:30pm) After the reception the shuttle will leave Larkfield around 8:30pm (reception ends at 8pm) with the bride and groom to go to the hotels. ~30-40 minutes between hotels and venue depending on traffic

Hotel/Venue Transportation

DEADLINE:Reservations must be made by&nbsp;August 22, 2024 to get the group rate. You can either call or use the direct link associated with our wedding block. The block is for Saturday, Sep 21 - Monday, Sep 23. You are not required to book both nights. You CAN book for just the one night of the wedding (Sunday, Sep 22 check-in, Monday Sep 23 check-out) DETAILS:Check-IN time is 3PM*There is NO early check in.*Check-OUT time is 11AM TYPES OF ROOMS:~ Either a room with one King or two Queen Bed (no more rooms with two beds!)~ All&nbsp;rooms are equipped with a Microwave, Mini Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Machine, In-Room Safe, Flat-Screen TV and Complimentary Wireless Internet, Iron/ironing board, AMENITIES:The hotel has a fitness center, indoor pool and hot-tub, business center with 2 computers and a printer, 2 outdoor patio areas, and complimentary Wi-Fi in all guestrooms. on-site restaurant BREAKFAST:~ For Sunday, Sep 22 you can purchase breakfast in their restaurant ($12 for continental, $16 for buffet)~ Breakfast is open Saturday &amp; Sundays from 7AM to 11AM, seating is first come, first serve~ For Monday, Sep 23 the bride and groom have covered breakfast buffet vouchers for their guests and be joining you for breakfast that morning.
