Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, The Parashko Mays Wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you leaving the little ones at home while we celebrate.
When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVP deadline is Monday July 1st 2024. If you do not respond by then unfortunately you will not be in attendance.
how do i rsvp?
The Parashko Mays Wedding RSVP's are exclusively online so please RSVP via this wedding website under the 'RSVP' tab.
Is transport provided?
Yes! Please be at the pick up and drop location at The Star Casino, Casino Drive, Broadbeach QLD before 2pm as the buses are leaving at 2pm SHARP. Please visit the 'transport' tab for more information.
What is the dress code?
Dress code for the evening is formal attire. This means males are to wear a jacket and pants and females may wear any clothing below the knee. We recommend block heels or flats for the ladies as the majority of the day will be on grass.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and The Parashko Mays Wedding is RSVP only. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP via this website.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
The entirety of The Parashko Mays Wedding will be held at Gold Coast Farm House.
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as our incredible photographers have this covered. However, feel free to capture memories during the reception.
Can I post a picture of the Bride & Groom on social media?
Please do not post any photos of The Parashko Mays Wedding until the Bride & Groom themselves have posted on social media first.
What type of food will be served?
Food options include cocktail and canapé style dining with handmade pasta, gnocchi, wood fire pizza and Italian style hors d'oeuvres. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please notify the Bride & Groom when you RSVP.
Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?
Since you’re traveling for the wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself and gifts are absolutely not necessary. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, we ask that you contribute to our wishing well.
Is there an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
What will the weather be like this time of year?
October on the Gold Coast is usually warm, sunny with tops of 25 degrees. The entirety of the Parashko Mays Wedding will be held outdoors. The tipis at the reception will provide plenty of shade and seating.
Can I wear white to the wedding?
No, please refrain from wearing white, cream and/or ivory. If you have to question it....don't wear it!
Can I smoke or vape in the National Park?
Yes, we will have a designated smoking area not too far from the dance floor so you never miss out on the action! Just be sure to use the ashtrays provided.
Are there any activities or planned events for guests before or after the wedding?
Yes! Please visit the ‘Weekend Events’ tab for more information.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
No, Gold Coast Farm House does not have guest parking hence the provided transport. If you miss the 2pm pick-up time from the designated pick-up location you will need to coordinate your own Uber or taxi to the venue.
