Her Version: He tells me that I am his dream girl. I tell him that I never even knew to dream of him. He is so much more than I ever could have imagined.

He dances with me on street corners because the mood hits him. He holds me close in ice cream parlors just because it feels so good to be in each other’s arms. He winks at me across the room to remind me that I am beautiful and hot.

He challenges me to open my heart wide to him and to the rest of the world. And he meets me with his own wide open heart every day.

So when he proposed while we were lounging on a remote river beside a waterfall in his beloved Puerto Rico - did I mention he’s romantic?! - I said “YES,” of course!

We kicked off our engagement with a sweet vacation with our kiddos, and I couldn’t be more grateful, happy, and in love! (That's the pic below.)

She makes me better, and her smile fills my days with joy.

So… I asked her to marry me!!! In Puerto Rico, and she said YES!!!!

I am in love every day of my life. I grow. I get her partnership and counsel. We are meeting life, work, children and God.

She makes me want to take care of her, cherish her, adore her and be devoted to her.

We get to hold each other up. Be good for our children (who it has not always been easy for), and serve our community in ways that make the world good.

I am grateful, happy and wildly in LOVE!
