Our Wedding

Her Version: He tells me that I am his dream girl. I tell him that I never even knew to dream of him. He is so much more than I ever could have imagined. He dances with me on street corners because the mood hits him. He holds me close in ice cream parlors just because it feels so good to be in each other’s arms. He winks at me across the room to remind me that I am beautiful and hot. He challenges me to open my heart wide to him and to the rest of the world. And he meets me with his own wide open heart every day. So when he proposed while we were lounging on a remote river beside a waterfall in his beloved Puerto Rico - did I mention he’s romantic?! - I said “YES,” of course! We kicked off our engagement with a sweet vacation with our kiddos, and I couldn’t be more grateful, happy, and in love!&nbsp;(That's the pic below.) Wishing you all this kind of wild, deliriously happy, silly-smiling, knock-you-off-your-feet love!

His Version: Life will take its twists and turns. It will baffle you. Surprise you. And blow you heart wide open.&nbsp; Nothing in me could have imagined that I would get to the middle of life and find the love of my life. A most remarkable Grace. Remaking me over and over again.&nbsp; She makes me better, and her smile fills my days with joy. Nothing in me could possibly let her go. So… I asked her to marry me!!! In Puerto Rico, and she&nbsp;said YES!!!! I am in love every day of my life. I grow. I get her partnership and counsel. We are meeting life, work, children and God.&nbsp; She makes me want to take care of her, cherish her, adore her and be devoted to her. We get to hold each other up. Be good for our children (who it has not always been easy for), and serve our community in ways that make the world good. I am grateful, happy and wildly in LOVE! I just had to let you all know. Also… Fun Fact: That house in the cover photo background is my Great Grandparents lived and loved until the last days of their lives. That’s us showing my parents what we did earlier that week in the banks of Puerto Rico’s Rio Prieto.

Travel to Haverhill, Mass

The venue is about 35 miles north of Boston, Massachusetts. Willow Spring Vineyard 84 West Lowell AvenueHaverhill, Massachusetts If flying, the best airport to fly into is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). There is no direct public transportation to Haverhill, so car rental or carpooling is the suggested option. There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Hotel Accommodations

We've booked a block of rooms at a reduced rate at the SpringHill Suites Boston Andover (about 15 minutes from the venue). The reduced rate is $129 USD/night. And rooms can be reserved at this rate for the nights of Saturday, November 4 and Sunday, November 5. All rooms must be reserved by October 5, 2023 to qualify for the rate. (Please note that childcare will be provided at this hotel during the wedding.)

Travel and Accommodations

We'd love to be able to have all of the special small people in our lives attend the wedding, unfortunately, that's not possible with the size of our venue. To make it easy, we've hired a professional service - <a href="https://www.jovie.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jovie</a> - to come stay and play with the kids during the ceremony and reception. Jovie's sitters are well-trained and screened, and they'll spend the afternoon and evening with the kids having fun so that you can relax and enjoy yourselves as we celebrate! Please send us a message if you'll be traveling with any kiddos so that we can plan appropriately. We also want to make sure that you have all the info you need to be comfortable.
