Hart Ranch is our home and has a variety of Cabins and RV sites available for the wedding. Cabins and sites are on a first come first served basis. Please check rates on the Hart Ranch website! The rooms will be held until 60 days before the wedding or 8/12/2025. Payment is due upon booking and is fully refundable until up to 7 days before the wedding or 10/5/2025. Changes can also be made pending availability until 10/5/2025. We suggest booking for the weekend as soon as possible and making changes to add or remove days as the wedding gets closer.

Our wedding is during off peak season so please note the pool, restaurant, and convenience store on property may be closed for the season.

The Sweetgrass Inn is a Bed and Breakfast style place to stay just up the road from Hart Ranch. We do not have a block at the Sweetgrass Inn but this would be another option for your stay in Rapid City!
