Please RSVP by July 20, 2023. This will help us to get accurate guest counts to our vendors.

Please search your name under the RSVP tab of the site to see all family members/significant others included. Although we would love for all to come celebrate, unfortunately, we can't accommodate for everyone. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to the couple.

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm for the ceremony. The Pines Wedding & Events property is composed of two venues; Pines Black (our venue) and Pines White. As the Pines White ceremony is held outdoors, management requests guests for both venues to arrive by 4:15 to ensure that no vehicle traffic disrupts the Pines White ceremony.

The wedding will be semi formal (ex. cocktail dress, dress pants/khakis/golf shorts and nice shirt).

A shuttle will be available at the Courtyard by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn prior to the ceremony and shuttles will also be available throughout the reception to bring guests back to the hotels. Shuttle times on the day of the wedding: Load at 3:00pm and depart at 3:15pm from Hilton Garden Hotel. Load at 3:20pm and depart at 3:30pm from Courtyard by Marriott. Feel free to leave your vehicle at the hotels and get a ride out to The Pines. Returning Shuttle times: Starting at 8:00pm there will be a shuttle back to the hotels every hour with the last departing at 12:15am.

The wedding ceremony, dinner & dance will all be at the same location (Pines Black, Davenport ND).

We are excited to have Guys and Dahls (local band) provide entertainment for the day! There will be live music for both the ceremony and wedding dance.

If you are unable to safely drive home, please do leave your car at the venue. The Pines management does ask that all vehicles be removed from the parking lot by 9am the next morning (August 27th).

Pines management requests that all guests leave the venue by midnight.
