As noted in our Q&A section, we did not reserve blocks at any local hotels as there are plenty of reasonable local housing options for the evening/weekend. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like any ideas.

For those flying in out of state, you can fly directly into Eugene. Most likely, it will be less expensive to fly into Portland (2 hours north of Eugene via I-5).

There is really only one route to the venue, so please look up the address (provided in the Q&A section) ahead of time to make sure you arrive in a timely fashion!
