Maya and Tynaiza met in Greenville, NC when they were both awkward middle schoolers on a cheer squad. Their friendship has become more of a sisterhood as they have experienced all of the highs and lows of life together over the last 13 years. Maya has taught the bride that soulmates can be found even in your best friends.

Tynaiza met Miraha in college and their friendship grew through their involvement in the same campus organization. They continued to live together and experience the trials and tribulations of becoming adults together which made their bond as strong as it is today. Miraha has taught the bride how to enjoy every moment and live life in style.

Chelsea and Tynaiza met in college through the Emerging Leaders program. They became inseparable and experienced a lot of crazy times during their college years. Chelsea is also the one who introduced Devin and Tynaiza. Chelsea has taught the bride to always stay laid back and to live life with adventure.

CC and Tynaiza met during their first year of teaching. From dance moves in living rooms to stupid Snapchat videos in Ikea, they have been able to blossom their friendship over the last four years in and outside of the workplace. CC has taught the bride to laugh through every situation and to live life large.

Devin and Eddie met in elementary school when Devin was in 5th grade and Eddie was in 6th grade. Eddie was one of Devin's first true friends who taught him the true meaning of loyalty and support.

Jae and Devin met in 9th grade at Jack Britt High School in Fayetteville. Jae is someone who Devin considers a "rare breed." He has taught Devin the value of family and maintaining close relationships.

Arkell and Devin met in the 9th grade. Kellz has shown Devin how to remain close to someone that you don't have to necessarily talk to everyday. When Devin and Kellz link up it's like they are picking up right where they left off.

Devin and Tre met during Devin's freshman year at UNCC. Tre also taught Devin the value of being family oriented and what it means to be a loyal and true friend.
