Yes! Guests are required to call Viamede directly and book their accommodations for the weekend. There are several options that may be available to you: - regular rooms - suites - 1, 2, or 3-bedroom cottages (priority will be given to families/groups that require the larger accommodations) There is no need to panic on booking as the venue requires there to be enough accommodations for the entire guest list.

Welcome/Rehearsal dinner on Friday evening. Breakfast on Saturday morning. All food and drinks during the wedding event. Breakfast on Sunday morning. Access to all resort amenities (see Viamede website and/or Things to Do page) Additional planned activities paid for by the Bride & Groom!

Friday night's casual welcome dinner is BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze)! We will have a large canoe with ice set-up to keep things chilled. Saturday - all of the alcohol during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception is all OPEN BAR, and is paid for by the Bride & Groom! Guests are permitted (and even encouraged) to bring any alcohol they want for their rooms for the in-between times (Friday night's campfire, getting ready, etc.)

All guests must check-out by 11am on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Guests will need to arrange with Viamede directly and pay any required fees if they wish to extend this.

YES! Absolutely we want to ensure that everyone is well taken care of, and that includes any dietary concerns (especially allergies!). Please ensure that Nicola is aware of any dietary concerns that you may have to ensure that we can have suitable substitutes ready!

No. Viamede Resort is situated in a country setting, right on the water, and there is no ATM on site, with the closest store being approximately a 15 minute car ride away.

No. There will be no transportation provided to or from the resort for the weekend, or for the wedding itself. Feel free to carpool with others if you wish. There is ample parking at the resort at no cost.

YES! We encourage folks to bring drinks and snacks to keep in your room for the weekend. Please note that we are asking for NO PEANUTS, NO TREE NUTS, and NO FISH or SHELLFISH, to be brought to the resort due to several guests with severe allergies!! We ask that any guests that have an Epipen, that you do bring it with you. Please note that the nearest hospital is 40+ minutes away in the event of an emergency

YES! While check-in is 3pm on Friday, any and all guests are able to arrive earlier on Friday and have access to the amenities on the resort (pool, sauna, steam room, gym, etc.), the resort just cannot guarantee that your room will be cleaned and ready for you to settle into. Nicola will be on-site throughout the day delivering decor, etc. to greet all guests, and if you should need anything at all!
