The ceremony and the reception will both be held at Rivercrest Golfclub and Preserve. No need to travel to different locations.

Heck yeah! Please join us back at the hotel for an after party in the main lobby Bistro. Feel free to get into your comfiest clothes for this part of the wedding. We can’t wait to celebrate!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and can only accommodate the people named or plus ones listed on your invitation.

We love kids, especially all of your little ones. But for the night, we kindly ask that you have a babysitter on the schedule. We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, (16 or older). We hope you understand and enjoy a night to yourselves.

Guests should arrive between 5:00pm and 5:25pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our wedding. Please no white clothing or jeans! We kindly ask that you also avoid colors traditionally worn by the bride- whites, ivories, and creams as well as sage green.

Yes! Drinks are on us, hangover is on you. Please be prepared to tip your bartender!

Yes. There is plenty of parking on site. The venue also allows for overnight parking. Please do not drink and drive!

As a courtesy, we will attempt to reach out and confirm if you are coming. After we reach out, if we still do not hear from you, you will be marked as a “No.” You may contact us to see if we are able to still accommodate you as we have to send a final headcount to our venue by the date they have provided to us. We hope you understand!
