The Strip District
If you're looking for Vallon & Tim, you will most likely find them somewhere in the Strip! This is the area where Vallon & Tim had their first date, and it's their favorite place to be out and about!
Helltown Brewing - Strip District
Location 1 of 2 of Vallon & Tim's first date! We by accidentally got roped into trivia and came in last place :)
Great spot for local beers and cocktails with an outdoor area that most likely has live music playing.
Puttshack - Pittsburgh
Location 2 of 2 of Vallon & Tim's first date! Located in the terminal building, it is an indoor putt putt bar complete with great drinks and food!
Senator John Heinz History Center
The Senator John Heinz History Center — a fun, family-friendly museum covering Pittsburgh history, industry, and of course Heinz — perfect for a rainy afternoon or a nostalgic walk through the city’s past.
The PA Market
One of Vallon's favorite places in the Strip! With a variety of cuisines, there's something for everyone. You will most likely find Vallon sitting in their wine library with some truffle fries!
Aslin Beer Company
A great brewery in the terminal building containing craft beers, and a large food menu. They also have outdoor seating.
Pamela's Diner
Need a good breakfast that will fill you up for the entire day? Look no further!
Vallon's favorite: Banana chocolate chip hot cakes, side order of hash
Tim's favorite: Strawberry hot cakes, side order chorizo hash
Downtown Pittsburgh
This is where the wedding venue and all of the hotels are! Tim & Vallon like to spend time in the Cultural District of downtown, which is Penn Ave.
Barcelona Wine Bar
Vallon & Tim's post-engagement dinner spot! This is a Spanish tapas-style restaurant and bar, we recommend the empanadas and croquetas (and a dirty martini to go with it)
Emerson's
Great spot for dinner right near our venue! We highly recommend the banana bread espresso martini!
(reservations encouraged, they book up quick!)
Spritzery
Exactly what it sounds like: an Aperol Spritz pop up bar turned permanent fixture! (They have other cocktails too)
Penn Society
Speakeasy located under the Spritzery!
Station Square
Duquesne Incline
Enjoy a spectacular panorama of Pittsburgh and its three rivers. Ride to the incline's Observation Deck in the 148-year-old Incline car to see what USA Today Weekend Magazine calls one of the "10 most beautiful views in America".
Gateway Clipper Fleet
Get a view of the city from our 3 rivers! The gateway clipper holds sightseeing and dinner cruises for you to take advantage of, including a bar on board.
