The ceremony will be held on the 2nd floor of the Armstrong Browning Library located on the Baylor University campus. I would encourage you to arrive early so that you will have an opportunity to explore the second floor of the library. The library doors will open at 1:15 p.m. There is no food or drink allowed on the second floor of the library. Also, the third floor is not open to the public.

The ceremony will start at 2 p.m. on the second floor and will be conducted in the Foyer of Meditation (see map on the attached document).

Parking at the Baylor campus near the library is limited so we have arranged a "trolley" to take you from the parking lot at the reception venue (called Anthem Stories located at 800 Austin Ave, Waco, TX 76701 https://maps.app.goo.gl/oMCca1sKCu2XcUhw6) to the ceremony venue and back again. If possible, please park at the Anthem Stories parking lot and take the trolley to Armstrong Browning and then back to the Anthem Stories after the ceremony to the reception. The Trolley will run from 1- 4 p.m (or from 1 until everyone has left the library).

When you arrive at the parking lot for the Anthem Stories you may see the sign that indicates that it is a paid lot (see photo below) but there is no need for you to pay, the venue covers that cost. Once you return to the Anthem Stories after the ceremony, enter the door of the Anthem Stories building on the parking lot side and take a left to go downstairs where the reception will be held. There is an elevator located to the left of the door once you enter, if you need one.

There are a few handicap parking spots at the Armstrong Library so, if necessary, you may use that area instead of taking the trolley. The handicap parking is located at the back of the library on Speight Road. You will enter in the back door and then take the elevator to the second floor. (If you are not using the handicap area, please enter through the front door, the trolley will drop you off there).
