The Welcome Dinner will start at 5:00 with food being served at 6:00. We are doing a taco bar with steak and chicken. It is not necessary that you bring any food items unless you have a dietary restriction that needs to be accommodated. This is BYOB. The dress code is casual/cocktail. The weather will be between 60-70 degrees, and it is going to be outside and on grass so please be aware of this. Location: Oak Creek Terrace 4548 N State Rte 89A Sedona, AZ 86336

The rehearsal will be starting no later than 2:00 PM at the venue Sky Ranch Lodge. If you are a groomsman, bridesmaid, officiant, DJ, or Parent, please be present so that the ceremony can run as smoothly as possible.

Your stay includes both Friday and Saturday night. Check in starts at 3:00 PM Friday, and check out is at 11:00 AM Sunday. Pets are allowed in all rooms for a one-time payment of $35. All pets must be supervised and on a leash, and any damages caused by pets will be your responsibility. If you have any questions you can call them at (928) 282-3562

The ceremony will be outdoors with temperature in the 70's and sunny. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors. The temperature will be in the 50's at night, and there are heaters around the venue.

The dress code at our wedding is semi-formal. Suggestions for men: classic suit, or slacks and dress shirt (jacket optional). Suggestions for women: dresses (floor length, midi, or cocktail), pant suit, or matching separates. The bride and groom would appreciate if you could minimize patterns and opt for muted colors or Earth tones whenever possible. Suggested colors: gray, navy, blue-gray, dusty blue, tan/gold, brown, mauve, blush, plum.

There is a designated parking lot for the wedding, with signs to help you find it. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are limited in Sedona, so if you plan to drink, we suggest that you carpool with a designated driver. If you are unable to do that, we suggest reserving a room at Sedona Sky Ranch Lodge to avoid driving altogether!
