Q + A

How do we book our room?

You should have received an email from our travel agent. If you have not, reach out to one of us, and we will send it over!

What is the resort?

Our wedding is at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, but you can also stay at TRS Coral (the adults-only side).

How long can we stay?

As long as you want! The resort will require you stay 3 nights (May 1st-May 4th, 2025), but you can add on nights before or after that as well.

Can I bring a plus one?

If you don't see "And Guest" written on the envelope of your invitation, you don't have one. You are welcome to bring them with you on the trip, but they will not be able to join any wedding-related events. We apologize, but we have a venue maximum we are required to stay under.

What is the closet airport?

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

What is the difference between Grand Palladium, Grand Palladium Family Selection, and TRS Coral?

Grand Palladium is the most budget-friendly option and is open to everyone. Grand Palladium FS (Family Selection) is open to everyone, and includes a private FS designated pool and top-shelf liquor. FS guests can also access the TRS Coral amenities. TRS Coral is the adults-only section, with adults-only pools and dining, and top-shelf liquor.

Can I use the TRS Coral amenities if I stay at Grand Palladium?

No. You will not be able to access that side of the resort at all. There may be options to purchase a day pass while you're there, based on availability.

The resort looks big. How will we get around?

The resort has golf carts with drivers running 24/7, as well as boats to take you to where you need to go.

How will we get from the airport to the resort?

Our travel agent will assist you in booking.

What should I wear?

We don't have a specific dress code, but if you're looking for inspiration, think light and beachy colors! You can't go wrong with pastel, and patterns such as florals would look lovely. Our bridesmaids will be in light pink, so try to avoid that. Shoes are entirely optional!
