We recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

The dress code for our wedding is formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, tie and cocktail dresses.

The ceremony will take place outside on a nice grass area and reception will be indoors. For all the Women, Reframe from wearing stiletto heels since you will sink in the Grass.

The average temperature in Sonoma in June for a typical day ranges from a high of 81°F (27°C) to a low of 53°F (12°C). Some would describe it as pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze. For comparison, the hottest month in Sonoma, September, has days with highs of 84°F (29°C) and lows of 56°F (14°C).

Yes, there will be transportation provided for all the guests. They will be pick up and drop off at the Fairmont mission Inn. Exact pick up times and drop off times will be published closer to the wedding day. There are also Taxi and Ubers you can call aswell.

At Sonoma Golf Club there is plenty of parking available.

You deserve a night off! In consideration of limited venue space, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. Exceptions will be made for the 2 children in the wedding. We still hope you’ll join and celebrate with us!

We would love for you to bring a date, but this is a very intimate affair. And if your invitation was sent just under your name and no plus one, you are the special one for us. But please contact us directly with questions regarding dates.

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour with a beer and wine open bar, if you do not drink beer or wine, there will be a cash bar available. During the reception there will be a three-course plated dinner and dessert.
