Yes, check-in is normally 3 PM but if they have finished cleaning your room, you will be able to check-in earlier.

Yes, Shultz Transportation has been set up to shuttle to the venue and back to the hotel. There will be 1 bus leaving at 3:15pm and another at 3:20pm to go to the venue. Please make sure that you are on time to ensure you are able to get on the bus. Also, please keep in mind that it is first come first serve so it may be in your best interest to try to get on the 1st bus so that if it fills up, you are able to get on the 2nd bus. There will be an early bird shuttle back to the hotel at 7:30pm. The final busses will leave the venue at 10:15pm and 10:25pm.
