As of right now they have a good amount of availability so it would most likely be that they just need to add more rooms to the block. If they run out of either the queen or king rooms please also let me know so that I can have them add the missing option.
Shultz Transportation Co
We will be using yellow busses to shuttle to and from the wedding. Please note that these busses do not have air conditioning and it will be roughly a 20 minute ride. (Hopefully this won't be an issue as it should be a cooler in October.)
The busses are first come first serve but we did book two so there should be enough seating for everyone to get on.
The first bus will leave the hotel at 3:15 pm and the second bus will leave at 3:20 pm.
Please take into consideration that if many people wait for the 2nd bus, there may not be enough seating so I would suggest trying to get on the 1st to make sure you have a seat.
There will be an early bird bus leaving the venue back to the hotel at 7:30pm.
The next bus times to leave the venue will be 10:15pm and 10:25pm.
