Please plan to arrive at the venue between 3:30-3:45pm and find your seat outside at the ceremony to ensure that we can begin promptly at 4pm.

If arriving from Gordon Street: continue past the building to the right. There is a driveway that leads to a large parking lot. It is down hill, so you will be walking back up toward the building for the ceremony. There are a few handicap spots in the upper lot right by the building for guests who require them. To our younger guests, we kindly ask that you leave any available, unmarked spots in the upper lot for the older guests of the families. If arriving from Broadway/Richardson Street (bottom parking lot near trailhead): this large parking lot is where you should park. Proceed to the back left of the lot to find the steps that will take you uphill to the mansion.

We love all of your little ones, but we kindly ask that you find childcare for this evening event. Please consider this an adult-only function (13+).
