History:

Veronica and Nick met at a party where Nick approached her and they hit it off like they were old friends. On May 31, 2019, they went on their first date and became girlfriend/boyfriend on July 14, 2019.

Veronica made the move to Atlanta in May/June 2020 and the for the past four years, life for them has been an adventure! They have two fur babies and have traveled to Chicago, NYC, Florida, Guatemala, Mexico etc where they love to experience different cultures!

How did he propose?

On April 1st, Nick invited their family and closest friends for a "surprise" birthday party for Veronica in Atlanta. Veronica arrived to the brewery where everyone was present. At this moment, Veronica thought Nick was going to propose.. but he didn't! It wasn't until everyone was exiting the brewery, he asked for a group picture and got down on one knee. He popped the question and of course, she said YES!!

Veronica: When I met Nick, he seemed like another smooth talker trying to pick me up at a party. While I have to admit his suave demeanor was attractive, it was his sweet and thoughtful side that really drew me in. He’s outgoing and vivacious, aspiring and determined, caring and kind. I can’t wait to call him my husband and spend the rest of our lives living an adventure!

Nick: I was immediately awestruck when I first laid my eyes on her but knew I had to be creative to win her over. She was someone special; I could just tell. From the moment I jokingly pulled out Wendy's coupons on our first date and she said "Oh heck yeah!", I knew I had to keep her. I love how independent and smart she is. And when she smiles, it lights up the room. I tell myself how lucky I am every day to know her and can’t wait to make her officially mine.
