Our Wedding

Luis and Veronica first met at a mutual friend’s house, but their real connection didn’t spark until early 2020. When Luis had some technical issues, Veronica reached out on Instagram—just a simple modern message that opened the door to something timeless.They finally met in person at the end of February, and what was meant to be a quick ramen-and-gelato date turned into an eight-hour night of conversation, dessert stops, and jazz. Their second date was just as long, filled with laughter and a card game that encouraged deeper conversation.Then the world shut down.Instead of slowing down, their connection grew through Zoom dinners, yoga sessions, terrible movies, and meaningful “We’re Not Really Strangers” prompts. By late April, once they were comfortable meeting in person again, they added drive-in movie dates—watching Dirty Dancing and Shrek under the open sky—and competitive Connect Four battles in the park. Each moment pulled them closer, revealing their dreams, fears, and hopes.

Our Classic Beginning

For Vero, it happened during a quiet conversation on the beach, when she realized she felt completely understood and at peace with Luis. For Luis, it was during a vulnerable moment, when Vero met his frustration with patience and compassion, showing him he had found someone who truly saw and supported him.After two years of waiting for the perfect moment, Luis couldn’t wait any longer—he proposed on a night of dancing during the first weekend of 2025. Vero was completely surprised, which made the moment even sweeter. Their next chapter began with a simple DM and grew into a forever filled with creativity, laughter, deep conversation, and an old-Hollywood kind of love—sweeping, charming, and perfectly dramatic, with far better snacks than the originals ever had.
