an indoor farmers market with some of the very best food vendors in the city! we love DiNic's for roast pork sandwiches, Spataro's for cheesesteaks, El Merkury for churros, Terminis for cannolis, and Beilers for donuts (especially the blueberry fritters!)

TRIA WINE BAR

have a glass of wine and share a charcuterie board at the bar where we first met. there are several locations throughout the city.

LA COLOMBE

the very best coffee in philly. get our fave, a draft latte!

MONK'S CAFE

a world-class beer emporium and belgian-style café that serves hard-to-find beers and delicious mussels and fries! Ashton loves to get Pliny the Elder on tap.

GIORGIO'S ON PINE

BYO bottle of wine to our favorite italian restaurant. our order: clams &amp; mussels in a sherry broth appetizer, any pasta dish, and a slice of tiramisu

CHINATOWN

we would walk 12+ blocks from vee's apartment in center city for a fun date in chinatown. we'd get dumplings at Dim Sum Garden or Tom's Dim Sum, and then dessert crepes at T-Swirl Crepe, and bubble tea at TeaDo or Mr. Wish. we'd also grab roast pork buns at Bread Top House for lunch the next day!

famous philly donuts with the best fried chicken too! try their fried chicken sandwich.

ash and vee's absolute favorite bites to eat in Philly are the edamame dumplings and the brussel sprouts!&nbsp;we also really love the ming mule!

CLEAVERS CHEESESTEAKS

our favorite place to get cheesesteaks is a little drive outside the city (Dalessandro's)... but this is a very close second, and it's walking distance from the hotel!&nbsp;ash's order is a cheesesteak w. american cheese and fried onions; vee loves a plain cheesesteak with american cheese.&nbsp;if you want to eat like a true Philadelphian, order wit wiz.

escape to Paris at this chic restaurant that overlooks Vee's favorite park (Rittenhouse Square).&nbsp;we love the steak frites, warm shrimp salad... and everything on the brunch menu.

GREEN EGGS CAFE

a really special brunch/lunch spot, that serves RED VELVET PANCAKES and french toast stuffed with all kinds of magical fillings.&nbsp;this place is decadent!

MAC MART

a cute fast-casual restaurant dedicated to MAC &amp; CHEESE. the basic mac is delicious, but you can top it with anything from pesto to buffalo chicken!

our favorite place for indian food - we love the laila cocktail , garlic naan, and the lassoni gobi (fried cauliflower) appetizer.

What can we expect for your wedding day?

Plan on coming with an empty stomach and your dancing shoes! After a short ceremony you'll be escorted to cocktail hour. The evening will be abundant with food, starting with passed hors d'oeuvres, raw bar, pasta, and sushi stations, followed by a full three course sit down dinner, a Viennese dessert display and late night snack stations. We'll have a top shelf open bar and a live band to dance the night away.

What hotel will the bride and groom be staying at?

We will be staying at the W Hotel, but the other hotel (Element) is right next door! PLEASE take advantage of the amazing rate in our room block and book a room BEFORE May 12.

How long should we plan on staying in the city?

We would recommend checking into the hotel on Thursday so that you can explore a little and relax before the wedding on Friday afternoon. Perhaps you'll want to beat the weekend traffic and leave on Saturday after you grab a cheesesteak to cure that hangover!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, we have tried to minimize our guestlist while still being able to celebrate with all of our loved ones. Please refer to your invitation and the online RSVP tool to confirm the amount of guests we've accounted for in your party. Feel free to text us if you have any questions!

Are children/young adults invited to the wedding?

We love them all, but this event is for friends and family 21 years and older.

Since y'all had your church ceremony last summer, what can we expect at this year's ceremony?

We saved the Filipino wedding traditions and a few other meaningful moments for this celebration with all of you!

I have special dietary restrictions, will there be food I can enjoy? 

Yes, of course! While it won’t be listed on the menu, please let your waiter know of your dietary restrictions and they will happily offer you a vegan or vegetarian meal. Cocktail hour will also have a wide variety of food to accommodate all sorts of dietary needs!

TROLLEY

Trolley transportation will be provided *both ways* for guests staying at the W and the Element hotels. Two trolleys will be waiting outside of the hotels.-The first trolley taking guests to the celebration will leave the hotel at 4:30-The second trolley taking guests to the venue will leave the hotel promptly at 4:45. Trolleys will take guests back to the hotel beginning at 11pm and will continue to run until all guests have returned to the hotel.
