Hello! We have reserved a wedding block of rooms at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel. However, we have also provided a few other hotels here that are nearby the venue and the room block.

For our guests that RSVP'd for the transportation services which will be through Boxcar transportation. There will be 2 buses to take guests to and from the venue from the hotel block. The two buses have a capacity of 40 and 32 passengers. The buses before the ceremony will start loading at 2:55pm and then will depart for the venue at 3:10 pm. After the ceremony we will have 2 bus times; the first bus will start loading at 8:45pm and will depart at 9:00 pm. The second bus will start loading at 9:45pm for a departing time at 10:00-10:10pm. The return bus will be the 40 passenger for each time slot.
