Please see the “Travel” section of our website. We have room blocks at 2 hotels very close to the venue. Unfortunately, as it is a college football weekend, all of the hotels in the downtown Nashville area around the venue require all guests to valet park, which comes with a daily fee.

Clementine Hall has limited parking, and street parking can be difficult to find. Richland Park is directly across the street and allows Clementine guests to utilize its parking spaces in the evenings free of charge. If for some reason there is no space available, there are a few pay to park lots within walking distance of the venue.

The reception is being held at the same location as the ceremony. Guests will be required to move to a separate provided area to enjoy cocktail hour before dinner will be served and the reception celebration begins. Hors d’oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, and a full bar with liquor, beer, and wine will be available for both cocktail hour and reception.

A buffet style dinner will be available during the reception. The bride and groom plan to have some traditional southern dishes with shellfish and spices, if there are any serious food allergies please let the bride and groom know whenever you RSVP. The venue does not allow outside alcohol to be brought in, and specifically prohibits shots of liquor to be poured or consumed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cocktail or business formal attire is requested. We still want our guests to be comfortable but also respectful and enjoy getting a little fancy
