Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary
765 Nonaville Rd., Mt. Juliet, TN, 37122
This sanctuary has a special significance to the bride and the maid of honor. They take in and care for senior dogs who no longer have a home, or who would be less likely to be adopted due to expensive medical bills or special needs. They have daily public tours/visits with the dogs to keep them happy and playful well into their older years, and they love to have guests come spoil the dogs and make their day brighter. They are non-profit and frequently host events like the “geezer gala” to support vet bills and keep up with all the needs of their animals.
