Q + A

What time should I arrive?

Help us make sure we start when scheduled! We are hoping the majority of our guests will arrive around 12:30-12:45 to ensure that everyone gets seated on time!

What should I wear?

Semi-formal, dressy casual. Whatever you’re comfortable in! Although if you really wish to match, good colors would be greens, blush, & neutrals!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than August 28th!

How do I RSVP?

Go to the main page on this website and click the RSVP button, or to the section in the menu titled RSVP. Type your first and last name in the box, and if you have multiple people in your party, you can click “add guest” as many times as needed to enter each name of your party separately. Then click “next”. From here you can press either “accept” or “decline” for each individual name. Then press “continue”. There will be a prompt for song requests for each guest and this step can be skipped if desired. (If you request a song you have to get out there and dance to it 😉) The next and final step is to press “Send RSVP”. You can opt out of a confirmation email if you desire to do so. If plans change and you need to change your response after you have already completed you RSVP, simply go back to the RSVP section, type your name in again, then tap “update response”. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Your children are welcome to join you if needed!

Can I bring a plus one?

You may! We did not account for everyone to have one though so please use discretion! If you choose to bring a guest, please RSVP them when you do so for yourself so that we can be sure to try to make room for all of our guests.

Where are you registered?

We’re glad you asked! We are registered at Walmart, Target, and Amazon! If you’re not able to make it to the wedding but still want to send a gift, there will be delivery options on the individual registry sites, or you can consider giving to our cash fund to be used for our honeymoon or stocking our cabinets when we get back and settled into our new home!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue? Indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be at Christian Fellowship Church, and the reception will be at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center. Both will be indoors, and the addresses for these locations are on the main page of this website!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking a few pictures for a little bit. At this time, guests are welcome to head to the reception venue where the snacks and drinks will be waiting! There will also be some yard game options outside (weather permitting) to help pass the time while you’re waiting for the wedding party to arrive!

Where is parking located at the reception?

Parking will be free, and there will be areas for you to park marked out with signage once you arrive.

Will there be a meal at the reception?

Due to the time of day the reception has been scheduled, there will not be a full meal provided at the reception. However, there will be snack & drink options, and of course cake and dancing! Come party with us!

Are you serving alcohol at the reception?

No we will not be serving alcohol. We believe that us and all of our guests will be able to have a great time without it! Please note that this is a family friendly celebration. Alcohol of any form is prohibited by the venue!

When is the send off?

We do not have a set time for our send off as of right now, it will depend on a few things when the time comes! We will likely have a better idea the day of and it will be announced.

I have a question that’s not listed above. Who do I ask?

If you feel it is necessary to get the answer, you can contact Hunter or Victoria. If you don’t have their personal contact information, you can contact one of our friends or family members to get it to you. If you have a question the day of, please refrain from contacting Hunter and Victoria, as we will be otherwise occupied and not able to get back with you. We hope to see you there!
