Guests will receive a formal invitation by mail. Once you receive your invitation, visit our website and select the “RSVP” tab and complete the steps.
CAN I BRING A GUEST OR DATE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under “Your Name-Guest” when you RSVP.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 7 PM. We ask that you please arrive early to find a parking spot and a seat at the church.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes! There is a parking lot and street parking at St. Anthony of Padua. The Pavilion of the Two Sisters has parking in front of the venue and around City Park. To make things easier for our guests, we suggest carpooling or using a ride-share app due to events going on in the city.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is black tie optional or formal. Less formal than black tie, with formal dark suits, white shirts, and conservative ties for gentlemen, and evening gowns or cocktail attire for ladies. Please refrain from wearing jeans. This is a sacred event in the church that should be honored by dressing appropriately.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?
If we do not get a RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best photos that will be shared with you. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take as many photos as you would like and don’t forget to share them with us!
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
The only children that will be present will be in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a “date night” for you and your significant other!
IS THERE A SEATING CHART FOR THE RECEPTION?
There will not be a seating chart at the reception. We want our guests to be able to choose where they feel most comfortable sitting! You won’t be sitting long anyway-the band is going to keep the jams going all night!
