Our Favorite Hikes

Camelback Mountain

This mountain has a few different trails: Echo Canyon (difficult), Cholla (a little less difficult), Bobby's Rock (moderate)

Piestewa Peak

The summit trail is a difficult one, but there are other moderate trails as well!

McDowell Sonoran Preserve

There's so many trails here, but our favorites are Tom's Thumb (moderate/difficult) and Saguaro Loop at Gateway Trailhead (easy).

Our Favorite Dates

Desert Botanical Garden

A beautiful showcase of the flora of the desert without the strain of hiking. We loved the opportunity to explore our new home here together.

Octane Raceway

The main feature is the go kart track, but the arcade, axe throwing, and bar make it a must visit and one of our best memories.

Pop Stroke

Victoria won't shut up about this place.

Our Favorite Golf Courses

Starfire Golf Club

Nestled in North Scottsdale, this course provides a par-70 18-hole course as well as a 9-hole par 3 course known as the Mulligan 9. Victoria and Ross and have golfed here many times and is arguably their favorite course to play together in Arizona.

Mountain Shadows

Beautiful 18-hole, par-3 golf course at the base of Camelback that's sure to test your short game.

TPC Scottsdale

Home of the PGA tour's Waste Management Phoenix Open, there are two options, the Stadium Course, which is the legendary course the pros play on, or the Champion's Course, more affordable but still worth the hype.

Phoenician Golf Club

Luxury 18-hole golf resort in the heart of Scottsdale.

Old Town Scottsdale

If you don't feel like going too far, there's so much to do right in Old Town Scottsdale near the venue and hotel. Shops, restaurants, bars, and even the farmer's market on Saturday morning.
