Attire: The attire is formal. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome and encouraged, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

Wedding Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm. We encourage you to arrive no later than 5:50pm but you cannot enter the ballroom until 5:30pm. Entrance to the ceremony after 6:00pm will not be permitted.

There will be transportation available at the Renaissance Philadelphia hotel (32 passenger shuttle). The pick up times are 4:55pm 5:15pm, 5:35pm and 5:55pm. Please understand that if you take the 5:55pm bus, you will not be able to enter the ceremony but you will arrive in time to join us for the cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm.

The Ballroom at the Ben is ~10 minute walk from the hotels and an ~8 minute drive. If you prefer to walk or Uber you may do so. Complimentary directional parking will be available on 9th Street between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street across from Ballroom at the Ben for those who prefer to drive to the venue. The parking lot has a large green sign and there will be an attendant.

Once you enter the building there is a large lobby you can wait in upon arrival and someone will direct you to the ceremony location.

The Ballroom at the Ben is located within The Franklin Residences building at the corner of 9th and Chestnut Streets. The entrance to the Ballroom is on the 9th Street side of the building, between Sansom and Chestnut Streets.

There will be transportation available from The Ballroom at the Ben to the Renaissance Philadelphia hotel. The departure times are 11:15pm, 11:35pm and 11:55pm.

After the Wedding
