Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel
We have a room block at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel. Guest will have the option to book for one or two nights.
There are two options for parking at the hotel. There is valet available for $60 and there is also self-park available for $30. You can also park on the streets but we highly recommend you read all street signs as they will tow your car.

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia
For additional rooms, we also have a room block at the Hotel Monaco for Saturday night only. The hotel is located directly next door to the Renaissance hotel.

Transportation
If you are flying in from out of town we recommend flying into the Philadelphia International airport (PHL).
Transportation will be provided by Ace Limousine from the Renaissance Hotel to Ballroom at the Ben and back to the hotel. Please refer to the schedule of events for shuttle times and details.
Parking
Complimentary directional parking will be available on 9th Street between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street across from Ballroom at the Ben for those who prefer to drive to the venue. The parking lot has a large green sign and there will be an attendant.
