Jacob and I met for the first time on December 16, 2022. My best friend Hannah had met Jacob six months before in a Bible study class at West Florida Baptist Church. Hannah called me after class and told me, “I just met your future husband.” I laughed it off, but little did I know that Hannah was right. We went on our first date at the Coffee Break Cafe in Pace, Florida hoping for the best but never expecting to find we had so much in common. After getting to know each other and forming a deep friendship, Jacob asked me to be his girlfriend after a six mile hike around Bear Lake on June 3, 2023. Jacob proposed on February 3, 2024 at that same lake. We are so excited to share the rest of our lives together!
