The ceremony will start promptly at either 4pm or 4:30pm (TBB.. will update soon). So we ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before. This will allow time for you to park, grab a drink, and chit chat before it begins.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking! We do plan to have shuttle services for people to enjoy celebrating and not worrying about driving. We will update more on where and what time the shuttle will pick up everyone.

Please view our hotel accommodations under the “travel” section. We have hotel block accommodations with our special website link and code. If you prefer an Airbnb, you’re more than welcome to stay there or at another hotel that isn’t listed on our site. There’s plenty of hotels in Warrenton, Culpepper and Bealeton area close to the venue.

The cocktail/reception will be located at the same spot.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no photos or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired talented photographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like! There will also be a photo booth ;)

We'd love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. Gentlemen, please do not wear your jeans or flip flops for this one

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those names on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding!

Due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP.

Please RSVP by September 3, 2025. Don’t forget to book your hotel by then so you won’t be SOS!

We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP ASAP.
