Love Finds a Way They say love often shows up when you least expect it and in the most unexpected ways. The first words Nick ever said to Victoria were, “I like your pants.” They were cow print. She smiled, a little awkwardly, and replied, “Thank you.” That small moment sparked something. Nick and Victoria met in the summer of 2021 while working at Newbury Comics in Roosevelt Field Mall. What began as shy glances and brief chats about K-Pop quickly blossomed into late-night talks about dreams and favorite things. Before long, they were going on casual dates to Barnes &amp; Noble, Target, and movie theaters. Grinning from ear to ear, they officially became a couple on October 24th, 2021. From that day on, they were inseparable. Whether hanging out at each other’s homes, heading to concerts, exploring the city, or simply shopping, they were always together. Victoria brought color and energy into Nick’s life. With her, he experienced countless firsts — from baking cookies to taking a trip to Myrtle Beach, and even attending his first NBA game. Together, they’ve been to over 30 concerts, sharing music, joy, and unforgettable memories. Victoria helped Nick see the world the way he always dreamed it could be. In turn, Nick showed Victoria what it means to be deeply loved and how to love herself. With every kind word and every tender gesture, he helped her see her own beauty, both inside and out. They embraced each other’s cultures — the surprises, the stumbles, the shared laughter — even Victoria attending her first mass in Burmese. Through it all, they learned, grew, and loved. Now, in 2025, both are grounded in their careers and in themselves. They’re ready for the next chapter. On February 8th, 2025, at the Nassau County Museum of Art, the two wandered through a frosty courtyard, carefully dodging patches of ice. Hand in hand, they sat on a stone bench. Nick turned to Victoria, looked into her eyes, and shared how deeply he loved her and how much she meant to him. Then, he got down on one knee, held her hand, and asked the question that would change their lives forever. She said yes.
