A shuttle will leave the Hilton Garden Inn at 4pm to take guests to the venue.

The shuttle will also be available at the end of the evening to transport guests back to their hotel or homes with continuous shuttles starting at 11pm, with the last shuttle leaving at 1:00am.

The shuttle can provide transportation to guests within Sudbury, including downtown, Minnow Lake, the four corners, New Sudbury, Garson, Capreol, Hanmer, The Valley, Azilda, Chelmsford, Lively, Dowling, the beginning of Wahnapitae, and Coniston.

The shuttle will not travel to Estaire, Wanup, past Wahnapitae, Naughton, Panache, Onaping, Levack or Cartier. If you require transportation to any of these areas we kindly ask you to make alternate arrangements to ensure a safe ride home.
