There are blocked rooms for this hotel, as it is the same place as the venue! The room blocks are reserved with the choice of three different room types. These room choices are: the Executive Queen, the Executive King or the Signature King. It is recommended if you would like to stay at the hotel, to reserve your room as soon as possible as it is likely our block will fill. The discounted rates are available starting Wednesday, June 25th-Sunday, June 29th. Please note that you must book by May 26th 2025 to get the discounted rate.

The Nichols Inn is about 2 miles from the wedding venue. This might be a better option for those traveling with children as this location does have a pool. This hotel does not “block” rooms but they do provide a 15% discount on any room booked for the Agen/Doely Wedding. This 15% discount is good for your entire stay. Book directly on the website: www.nicholsinn.com and enter agen&doely code. This discount will not be given for reservations booked over the phone. This promo code will expire one month prior to the event on May 26th 2025. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can cancel by calling the hotel directly.
