The big house offers tours during the week, and since there is no home game you could actually tour the morning of our wedding! (Don't be late to the ceremony though or we will be mad at you and you'll have to pick up the bar tab.)
There are NO TOURS ON WEEKENDS - however, you can still drive by and see how awesome it is!
Obama visited here when he gave the commencement speech in 2013 and ordered the Reuben! This sandwich spot is famous and has won numerous awards. We highly recommend visiting, but be prepared that there might be a line! They also have a coffee shop next door with delicious desserts.
A cool little spot on North Campus, but watch your ankles! We need you in tip-top shape for our dance floor.
Visit an iconic spot on Michigan's campus, only a 5 minute walk from our wedding venue (the League!). Don't step on the block M though or you're destined to fail your next blue book exam (yikes).
Spin the iconic cube! Located just off State Street, this is a feat of Michigan engineering.
Not only a metaphysical bookstore, but a lovely tearoom on the second floor! Vivianne spent countless hours here drinking pots of tea and studying (and, of course, admiring the tarot decks!).
If you're into comic books, we would also recommend checking out our friend's podcast - "Trade Waiters"! Brandon even participated in two episodes, #130 and #!
Grab some cash, get some quarters, and don't forget your winning attitude as you take on iconic games at pinball pete's arcade!
Located all over downtown Ann Arbor, there are around 15 doors in total, although sometimes more/less fairies live in A2 at any given time :) Be sure to look closely, since fairies are so small the doors are easily missed!
Grab some peanuts from the store and feed our iconic chubby Michigan squirrels!
If the weather is nice, enjoy some beautiful fall colors and trails at the UofM Arboretum! Only a 5 minute drive from downtown Ann Arbor. (Free to visit!)
A great Michigan-based brewery, we recommend grabbing a local brew with some crack fries!
One of our favorite restaurants, Vivianne always gets a black bean burger and Brandon always gets the standard frita, and we both get our batidos with a splash of rum ;)
A beautiful speakeasy-like bar in downtown Ann Arbor - they sometimes have live jazz/piano, and have delicious cocktails!
A newer addition to the A2 scene, but that doesn't make it any less special! We went here for the first time in 2021 and loved our experience!
A place we considered getting married in! Every time we are in A2, we stop here for a book. Be sure to check out the basement where you will find their famous typewriter! They even made a book from these anonymous typewriter musings. Support local bookstores!!
