This neighborhood is located near the church if you are looking for something quick to do around the time of the ceremony. This special area of town includes some of our favorite places in Kansas City. Brookside Bario and Red Door are both great restaurants/bars. The Roasterie is a local coffee shop with one of the best lattes in town. The Corner Candleshop sells wonderful homemade candles. The vanilla cinnamon is our personal favorite. Finally, if the weather is nice, the Trolley Trail is perfect for a stroll.

Visit the coffee shop where the love story began. Although the owners moved to this new location, our love for their coffee has only grown stronger.
