WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVED? ** CUANDO DEBEMOS LLEGAR?
We recommend that everyone arrive Friday or Saturday, to give yourself enough time to explore all the wonderful things Cancun has to offer and eat all the tacos possible, especially if you want to combine this trip with your vacations, go ahead and do so. You won't regret it. A travel agent from Michelle Events will be contacting you via email in the near future to assist you with all your travel needs.

AIRPORT: Upon arrival, you will go through customs. Have your passport ready. Do not use your cellphone while waiting in line. Be patient. Lines could be long. Follow the instructions.
Next, pick up your luggage and head outside. As you walk outside, there will be numerous vendors offering transportation, tickets, all kinds of free stuff. Say "No, Thanks or No, gracias" and keep walking outside.
Once outside, you will see an area (see picture above) with all private transportation companies. Find the one you reserved with and register. Almost everyone is bilingual. As a precaution, do not leave your bag unattended.
The airport is approximately 25 minutes from the hotel, however, if you decide to share transportation, it could take a little longer, but you get to see other areas of Cancún.
AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSPORTATION
Here is an option for private or shared transportation. Shared transportation is usually more affordable. Similarly, to SuperShuttle in big cities in the US. They may do a couple of stops before yours. Each van may hold up to 10 passengers, depending on the size of the van and how many are with you. Private or shared, both offer round transportation (airport/ hotel/ airport).
