The ceremony will commence promptly at 5:00 p.m. at Grace Evangelical Church, located at 9750 Wolf River Boulevard, Germantown, Tennessee 38139. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to join us for dinner and dancing at Robinshaw, situated at 2335 Jenkins Drive, Rossville, Tennessee 38066.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m., so we kindly recommend arriving by 4:30 p.m. to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in before the celebration begins.

We recognize that our engagement period is shorter than usual; however, we kindly request that you please RSVP by August 7, 2025, to allow us sufficient time to plan and ensure a seamless celebration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate your support and love!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration a bit more intimate. We are only able to accommodate children who are part of our immediate families. We hope this allows all our guests—big and small—to enjoy the evening to the fullest!

We kindly request our guests to dress in semi formal attire to celebrate this special day with us. For gentlemen, this typically means a suit or button up with a tie. For ladies, an evening gown, cocktail dress, or elegant dressy separates are perfect choices. Ladies, please remember to avoid wearing white, ivory, or anything too close to the bride’s color to keep the spotlight where it belongs. Think classic, polished, and sophisticated — we can’t wait to see you looking your best!

There is ample parking available at the ceremony location; however, parking at the reception venue is limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible, as there will be approximately 175 parking spaces available at Robinshaw. Please note that no vehicles may be left on the Robinshaw property overnight. The gates will close promptly at 10:30, and any remaining vehicles may be subject to towing. We kindly ask that you inform any members of your party of this policy in advance.

While we cannot predict storms or unforeseen weather events, the typical temperature in the Memphis area during September ranges from 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We kindly suggest planning for warm and comfortable weather during this time. Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.
