Can we bring our children?

We adore your children but have opted to keep our ceremony and reception adults only. We hope you understand our decision and enjoy a fun date night!

What's the dress code?

Cocktail Attire. For women, that means a short or long dress, jumpsuit, or dress pants. For men, that means a suit and tie is recommended. I think it goes without saying, but please avoid wearing white. This is an outdoor ceremony and reception. Please dress accordingly for the weather. In the event of rain, we will have the courtyard tented.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 4pm and 4:20pm. Wine will be passed to guests as you arrive. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

How do we get there?

A room block is available at the Hotel Covington and other hotel options are nearby (see the travel page for details). If you are coming from another location, it is recommended that you take an uber/lyft so you can enjoy the open bar! If you are driving, valet parking is available at the front of the hotel for $8/car. You could also park on the street or a nearby garage with the closest one being the Covington City Center parking garage on E 7th St (right next to Hotel Covington).

Is there a gift registry?

We feel honored just to have you at our wedding, but if you feel inclined to do more, please visit the registry tab on the website. We will also have a card box at the reception!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Your online RSVP will specify how many seats have been reserved for you.

How do I RSVP?

Please go to the RSVP tab and provide your response. We welcome you to RSVP as soon as you have your plans. Your Save the Date serves as your invitation and the rest is done online! Please be sure to RSVP by the deadline. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. If you are unable to attend, please still do RSVP to let us know.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you turn off your cell phones and refrain from taking photos during our "unplugged" ceremony. We have an amazing photography team that will capture these special moments and we'd love to share those photos with you! We'd hate for a cell phone to block the view. Just be present with us in the moment!
