When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before August 4, 2024. RSVP right here on our wedding website.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors at the Neon Sign Museum; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges for the path made out of gravel. The reception will be held indoors at another location, the Wax Rabbit.
What should I wear to the wedding?
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Keep in mind that the temperatures in Vegas will likely be in the high 70s/low 80s during the day and drop to the low 40s at night.
We have no special request for wearing a particular color. We do however recommend comfortable footwear. You never know where the night will take us.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, all guests are welcome to board the provided bus transportation for a ride over to the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. The bus will be departing the Neon Sign Museum at 2:15pm. Wedding guests are invited to take photos with the bride and groom, and enjoy some celebration treats. After, we will head straight to the Wax Rabbit for specialty cocktails and yummy small plates.
What time should I arrive? Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?
We will be providing transportation to both the Neon Sign Museum and the Wax Rabbit. The buses will be departing from the Park MGM and the Aria Hotel at 11:30am to ensure we get the party started as scheduled! The bus will arrive at the Neon Sign Museum at 12:00pm. It will return to the hotel at 7:30pm if you choose not to keep the party going after the reception at the Wax Rabbit.
If you are not riding the bus we recommend that you arrive 30mins before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
If I'm going on the food tour where do I need to go?
Meeting Location: We meet outside the Venetian Resort near the outdoor Gondola rides.
Description: A casual, afternoon stroll of eating and exploring that provides the best introduction to the city and still leaves the evening free. It includes exciting stops to satisfy each and every palate. Receive immediate VIP seating, 3-4 signature dishes at every restaurant and a guided walking tour between stops packed with insider information about Las Vegas and sights along the way. At each stop, sit next to a different person to mix and mingle.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we’re excited to offer an open bar at our wedding for everyone to enjoy! This includes a wide selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
However, if you're a tequila enthusiast, you'll be delighted to know that The Wax Rabbit specializes in premium tequilas. While the standard bar offerings are complimentary, if you'd like to try one of their specialty pours of tequila, you're welcome to do so, but please note that these will be available at your own expense.
