We are delighted to share the exciting news of our upcoming wedding and want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To make your travel arrangements seamless, we have reserved room blocks at fantastic locations: the vibrant Park MGM.
For those who opt not to book within the specified room blocks, we recommend selecting another hotel within the MGM brand to take advantage of the convenient Tram service that runs between the hotels.
The Aria will serve as our central gathering place outside of wedding events, providing a perfect backdrop for cherished moments. We look forward to celebrating this special day with you, surrounded by the warmth of love and the beauty of Las Vegas.
The group codes are valid for any duration of stay between October 10 - 16th,

The cutoff date to book a reservation is: September 10th, 2024. If booking through the room block, you will be charge the cost of the first night stay and applicable taxes immediately, and then be charged the remainder 72hrs before your stay.

Wedding Day Transportation
Wedding Day Transportation Details
We highly encourage all our guests to take the shuttle between venues for a smooth and enjoyable experience. The shuttle will leave from our host hotel, The Aria Resort & Casino, arriving at 11:30 AM and departing for the Neon Sign Museum at 11:45 AM.
Guests will be traveling with Cactus Transportation, and they'll have a sign to direct you to the correct charter bus. We'll send out details with the exact location to find the charter bus closer to the date.
The shuttle will provide transportation to and from each venue throughout the day. We have planned some special stops between the ceremony and the reception to make the journey even more memorable.
If you decide not to take the shuttle to the Neon Sign Museum, we recommend traveling in an Uber or Lyft, as parking is limited at the museum. However, we’d love for you to join us on the shuttle for the rest of the night’s festivities.
No matter how you travel, please note that the reception will begin promptly at 12:30 PM.
