Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. The passport must be valid for the duration of your stay in Mexico. Please ensure that your passport's expiry is not within 6 moths of the trip. A visa is NOT required for travel to Mexico.

When is the best time to book flights?

If you haven't already, the time is now. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for best pricing and availability.

What airport should I fly into?

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest airport, about 45 minutes from the hotel in Playa del Carmen.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

We'll share group transportation information through our travel agent closer to the date. However, you are welcome to book your own private or group transportation through Amstar Airport Transfers, Cancun Airport Transportation, or any other reputable shuttle service provider. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you do NOT accept rides from individuals at Cancun International Airport who approach you asking, “Do you need a ride?” These are often unauthorized drivers. Also avoid unsolicited offers inside the terminal and head straight to the official pick-up area upon exiting. Please proceed directly to your pre-arranged transportation, shuttle desk, or official taxi stand to ensure a safe and smooth arrival.

Is the hotel all-inclusive?

Yes! The hotel is all-inclusive with 7 themed restaurants, a buffet restaurant, 11 bars, and an ice cream shop. Additionally, there are 4 outdoor swimming pools, a children's water park, a theatre, disco, bowling alley, and spa.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Yes! We kindly ask that you wear one of the following colors for the ceremony: Cream (NOT white), Champagne, Terracotta, Burnt Orange, Copper, or Brown. Please keep in mind that this is a beach wedding and will be in the sand - think "Beach Formal". For comfort, lightweight clothing is suggested, such as linen, cotton, or silk material. For safety, dress flats, sandals, or loafers would be ideal.

Are kids welcome at the hotel and wedding ceremony?

Yes, this is a family-friendly hotel, equipped with adult-only sections. During the ceremony, children are welcome and a kids menu will be available for the dinner reception.

Will there be other events planned for the weekend?

Yes! We’ve planned a few special events to help everyone spend quality time together throughout the weekend. To kick things off, we’ll have an optional pool day at the adults-only El Beso pool on Thursday for anyone arriving early. On Friday, we’ll host an All-White Welcome Dinner for all guests—this is one of the weekend’s main events and we’d love for you to be there. On Sunday, we’re planning a fun optional boat party for those staying through the weekend. We understand that travel schedules may vary, so please don’t feel pressure to attend every activity. We kindly ask that you prioritize joining us for the Welcome Dinner and the Wedding Ceremony, as these are the most meaningful moments to us.

What should I pack?

Your passport, something beach formal for the wedding, swimwear, light/comfy clothing and shoes, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and any important medications. In December you can expect highs in the 80s and breezy evenings.

Will my phone work in Mexico?

Please check with your cellular carrier about international plans, as many offer affordable roaming packages. Otherwise, free Wi-Fi is available at the hotel.
