Having only seen six photos of her, Will knew Nikki was the one. Had she not gone camping in the Caucasus mountains, and snapped a photo of her little trotters sticking out of her tent, Will would never have deployed his most successful pick-up line on her. ‘Fuck yeah’. Three years, one pandemic, many camping trips, and eighty-six bedtime listens to Wind in the Willows later, Will proposed to Nikki on top of a mountain.&nbsp; If memory serves, her answer was ‘Fuck yeah’.

Both the reception and ceremony are at Hadsham Farm Tipi Weddings. The venue is a 20-minute cab journey from Banbury Station. Please book taxis in advance to avoid any delays (there’s a list of local taxi companies below). Take the second left after approximately 1 mile, signposted to ‘Horley and Hornton.’ Once in Horley, turn right at the first junction by the village pub (Red Lion) and follow the road up the hill and out of the village. The working farm is on the left after 1/4 a mile, with the entrance to ‘Hadsham Farm Weddings’ just past the farm buildings on the left. If your sat nav takes you to Horley Business Park, you have gone 1/4 of a mile too far!

Order Of The Day

**Please don't forget this is a BYOB venue** There are no shops nearby, so ensure you have enough drinks and mixers to see you through until midnight! We will be serving wine on the tables, prosecco (or nosecco) for the toast, and a cocktail each after the ceremony. We'll also have ice, limes, and lemons. Still water will be readily available but, if you're a sparkling water fan, please bring some with you! There may be fridge space for drinks but please also bring a cool box if possible if it's warm!

11.30am - 12:00pm

👋 Please arrive no later than 12 noon as we will be starting the ceremony promptly!&nbsp; Will and some of the groomsmen/family will be around to greet you. Just head on in, have a nosy around the tipi, get your drinks in the fridge, and make yourself comfortable!

12:30pm - 1:15pm

&nbsp;💒 Ceremony Begins. Please ensure you’re seated BEFORE 12.30 so we can start on time. The ceremony will be followed by a quick confetti shot, so make sure you grab some when it's handed out!

1:15pm – 3:30pm

📸 Photos, Drinks, Lawn Games &amp; Snacks. Grab a cocktail from the drinks station so we can toast with you! You'll have some time now to mill about and enjoy the games on offer. There'll also be a snack table to keep you grazing until the hog roast is served (keep some room, there's a LOT of food coming...)

3:30pm – 5:00pm

🐷 Hog Roast Feast &amp; 🎤 Speeches Food is served! Help yourselves and find your table inside the tipi. There's wine on the tables and we have some prosecco + nosecco so you can toast during the speeches. We don't have any serving staff so please help yourselves. All dietary requirements have been catered for, so please chat to the catering team if you need anything specific.

5:00pm – 6:25pm

🛋 Chill Time – Lawn Games, Drinks &amp; Mingling. Help yourself to props from the fancy dress corner and nibbles from the dessert table, take a pic for the guestbook, or embrace your food coma in the chill-out tent.

💃 First Dance &amp; Party Kickoff. Make your way to the dancefloor for the couple's first dance! They're bricking it so please be kind...
