Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. As we have already made our home together, we’ve gathered most of the home essentials we need. If you’d like to celebrate with us by gifting something, we would be so grateful for a contribution in the form of cash, check, or Venmo (@aiello) — whatever is easiest for you. Your thoughtfulness will help us create unforgettable memories on our honeymoon to Italy and in the years to come.

We kindly ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire for our special day. Our wedding colors are black and white. For gentlemen, this usually means wearing suits, dress shirts with ties, or a button-down shirt. Ladies are invited to wear cocktail dresses, spring dresses, or elegant separates. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration!

The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) is conveniently located just 16 minutes away from Ashton Hill Farm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, ensuring easy access for our guests traveling from afar.

We have reserved limited rooms at the Kirkwood Hotel, which provides a shuttle to and from both the airport and Ashton Hill Farm. The hotel is located at 7725 Kirkwood Blvd SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.

Wedding guests will make reservations for the event directly with the Reservation Department at 319-848-8700 or toll free at 877-751-5111. Ask for the Smith Aiello Wedding - Kaili and William (Room Block Only) Block. Room reservations must be received on or before May 22, 2025. Check in: 4:00 PM / Check out: 12:00 PM. If you're checking in on Saturday, please make sure to request an early check-in or arrange a place to store your luggage, as the wedding will begin at 4:00 PM.

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM as the ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM.

The Kirkwood Hotel shuttle will be available throughout the day to transport guests between the hotel, airport, and venue. William and Kaili will coordinate shuttle bus schedules for trips between the hotel and venue, with limited seating available. Further details on shuttle times will be provided soon. If you'd like to use the hotel shuttle to attend the wedding, please indicate your interest when you RSVP.
