Is there a dress code?
Semi-formal to formal. Please wear what you are most comfortable in!
Can I bring a plus one?
If we do not have your plus one already included with your invitation, please let us know as soon as you can, and we can talk! We would love to accommodate you if possible, but unfortunately we do have some number restrictions.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We ourselves are quite dietarily restricted, so we get it and would love to accommodate you in whatever way we can! On your RSVP, please fill out the question that asks about any dietary restrictions. If you have any other questions, concerns, or details that you need to communicate, please contact us directly!
Can I take photos?
We request that no guests take photos during the ceremony. We want you to fully enjoy the moment and it is church policy to not have photos taken during the service.
Please feel free to take photos after the ceremony and during the reception and dance! We will have a QR code for a shared wedding album, and we would love to see your photos!
Will there be a bar?
Yes, there will be a cash bar at the reception. Beer, ciders, cocktails, wine, etc. will be available. Please bring cash to purchase drink tickets for $4!
Water and Italian sodas will be available for free, and sparkling juice will be provided at your table for toasting!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be indoors! The ceremony is at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the reception is at Aberdeen Community Hall.
Are the ceremony and reception venues wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Aberdeen Community Hall have wheelchair accessible entrances, seating, and washrooms!
Getting from the ceremony venue to the reception venue?
It is about a 30 minute drive from St. Paul's Lutheran Church to Aberdeen Community Hall. We have scheduled in ample time to get to the reception after the ceremony. If you are unable to get to the ceremony or the reception, please let us know, and we will do our best to connect you with someone who can give you a ride!
