Brittany and I have been best friends for as long as I can remember. We first met on the ice, skating circles around each other in hockey, and then ended up at the same high school, where we played on nearly every team together—hockey, field hockey, you name it. If there was a team, we were on it. She’s always had my back, supporting me through every high and low and always pushing me to be my best (even when I didn’t want to). No matter how far apart we are now, we always find time to check in, have a good laugh, or plan our next adventure together, usually involving some kind of spontaneous concert. I’m beyond grateful for her unwavering love, friendship, and the endless joy she brings into my life. And while we may be getting older, I’m pretty sure we’ll still be cracking jokes and causing a ruckus well into our retirement years. I couldn’t imagine this special day without her by my side. Lauren and I met at university, and we've been inseparable ever since. Not only did we survive undergrad and teacher’s college together, but somehow we also managed to land teaching positions at the same school board in Sudbury. Apparently, we like to do everything together—whether we planned it or not! Being far from home hasn’t always been easy, but Lauren has been my rock through it all. She’s made this chapter of my life unforgettable. Honestly, I don’t know how I would have gotten through without her, especially when things felt overwhelming and I needed a laugh—or just someone to tell me I’m not completely losing it. Lauren’s unwavering support, constant laughter, and endless kindness have shaped the person I am today. I couldn’t imagine celebrating this special day without her by my side. Rachael isn’t just one of my cousins—she’s been one of my closest allies since we were born just a few months apart. Since my move to Sudbury for school, David's been a lifeline—always keeping his door open for a hot meal, offering a lift when needed, or giving the lowdown on the latest local festivities. Meet our adorable flower girl, our sweet niece, Inez. She’ll be 22 months old at the wedding, but don’t let her size fool you—she’s full of energy and personality. With her bright smile, loud and infectious chuckle, and endless curiosity, she’s always on the move, bringing joy wherever she goes. We feel so lucky to watch her grow up and couldn’t imagine our special day without her. She’ll undoubtedly steal the show as she walks down the aisle, and we can’t wait to share this moment with her and with all of you!

Justin will be our ring bearer, and we couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job. We've grown up side by side, always looking out for each other, and while we may not be the overly sentimental type, we both know we’ve always got each other’s backs. Like most siblings, we’ve had our challenges over the years—plenty of disagreements and maybe a few arguments—but at the end of the day, we’d do anything for each other. We share a lot of the same hobbies and interests, which has strengthened our bond over the years. Whether it was playing sports, competing over just about anything, or simply spending time together. Justin is the kind of guy you can count on—always ready to step up when it matters. Having him take on this important role in our wedding means a lot to me. It’s a reflection of the bond we share—imperfect at times but unshakable. I’m so proud of the person he’s becoming, and I can’t wait to see the hard work he’ll put in to get to where he wants to go!
