We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by October 5th. This date is very important, as we will be finalizing our headcount with the venue and vendors shortly after. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, unfortunately we won’t be able to include you in our guest count for the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us stay organized, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We recommend arriving around 4:00 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please allow extra time for traffic and travel as the wedding will be taking place on a Friday during rush hour.

The ceremony will be held in the Chapel. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. There is a space for you to step outside on the deck if need be.

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged celebration. This means no phones, cameras, or photo-taking during this special moment. We want our loved ones to be fully present with us as we exchange our vows, and we’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture it all for us to share later.

At the reception, please take many pictures, we would love to see the night from your POV!

Texas weather is unpredictable. That is why we are choosing an indoor wedding. November in San Antonio generally brings mild, pleasant weather. Warm during the day and cool at night, with moderate humidity.

We’re asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire! Think polished but relaxed. While we want everyone to look and feel their best, your comfort is most important to us! Our wedding is about joy, love, and laughter, not strict dress codes. So dress up a little, but stay true to your personal style and what makes you feel comfortable.

A cash bar will be available for our guests to enjoy drinks throughout the evening. However for the cocktail hour (5pm-6pm), drinks will be covered! We kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought onto the premises, as it is not permitted by our venue. Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your RSVP join us on our wedding day. We’re keeping our celebration intentionally intimate and appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest loved ones.
