When you book through our room block, the nightly rate includes your roundtrip transportation accommodation. Closer to the event I will advice whom the contact person will be to coordinate the transportation.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation.

This hotel has high demand. We recommend you make your room deposit within a few days of receiving the save the dates invitation, but at the minimum, book at least 6 months prior to lock in a room and so that the bride and broom can plan their wedding accordingly.

If you need to cancel your travel plans FOR ANY REASON prior to your originally scheduled departure date, you'll receive a refund or future travel credit (depending on the plan you purchase) with the exception of the cost for your plan. *** On the room block site, select a room and enter your birth date to display insurance options. If you decide to make this a family vacation, please make arrangements with the kids club to have your children there during the event. In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family which are listed on the RSVP tab.

No. Flights will need to be booked on your own. Roundtrip transportation is included in the room block rate.
