Where can I stay?

Anywhere in Salt Lake City is good. See the "Accommodations" page for information about hotel blocks.

What will the weather be like?

Early October is usually low 70s during the peak of the day, with a low of 50s during the night. With the venue being up in the mountains, it might feel more chilly as the night draws in. Highly recommend to bring appropriate jackets and sweaters just in case you need it. Keep it in the car, or bring it in to the venue. There will be complimentary, but limited, blankets provided too. There wil also be space heaters and an heated indoor building.

What is the dress code?

Semi formal to Formal. No Jeans please! Ladies, I recommend block/chunky/wedge heels as the floor is uneven stone or grass.

How do I get to the venue?

Google Maps will show you the correct directions. Take exit 132, make a u-turn, merge back onto the highway, then take exit 131, make a left on Quary Rd. You'll see the entrance to the venue in front. It's a steep curvy climb up, so go slow.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 2:30pm so there an ample time to get comfortable and to be seated. The ceremony starts at 3:00pm.

Parking?

There are various parking areas around the venue as you enter. There will also be a shuttle to help guests as the walk up can be pretty steep.

Where is the Ceremony/Reception taking place?

Both events will be taking place at the venue. Ceremony will be outdoors while the reception is primarily outdoors with indoor accommodations.

Will there be alcohol served?

Yes! We will be providing alcohol in an open bar setting. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided such as cider, Coca-Cola products, and juice. It will be open between the hours of 3:30pm and 7:30pm. Drinks are all free, tips are welcomed.

Can I bring extra guests/plus ones?

Due to the limited seating allowed at the venue and food provided, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone that is not on the guest list. You will know if you're allotted a plus one if you see an option to accept the invite for a Guest/Plus One when you RVSP. If you do not have this option but wish to bring someone, feel free to reach out to us and we'll see what we can do!

Food?

Food will be served buffet style. We'll have a variety of food available. See the Menu page.

Will you have special food accomodations?

No, if you require food accommodations, reach out to us and we'll work with our caterer to see what they can provide for you.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, children of all ages are allowed! We won't have a designated "daycare" area for children though so please keep watch of your children and ensure that they are on their best behavior and are safe.

Is smoking allowed?

No, we ask that you refrain from smoking at the venue. Both of us are sensitive to smoke and there will be children present.

How do I RSVP?

There is a RSVP button the homepage, as well as a page called "RSVP".

RSVP deadline?

Please RVSP no later than August 31st! This ensures that the venue can provide enough food for everyone.

Do you have a registry?

Yes! Please see the "Registry" page!

What can I do around Salt Lake City while I wait for the wedding?

There are plenty of things one can do while exploring Salt Lake City! See the "Things to do" pagd for personal recommendations. Most things are closed on Sundays so check hours beforehand.
